As a customer it's always important to speak with someone on the phone. Zerorez does a great job with communication whether it is with dispatch or the technicians.
It was great and the service reps were very helpful. They were knowledgeable and efficient.
I was able to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning without waiting until after the holidays. They were able to tell me what time they're coming 2 days before the service, and called me 30 mins beforehand to let me know they're on their way. The carpet is very clean and all manner of stains removed. They are a bit pricier than other services, but I think they do a better job. Thank you! Will definitely use your services again!

Joel was prompt and described the entire process to me that he would be performing. He went above and beyond working on a stubborn stain in my carpet and was able to extract the entire stain.

Only negative thing about the experience was when the time came to do the payment the request for gratuity kind of too me surprised. I personally do not agree with that. It took me by surprise.
