Our carpets were cleaned by technician Mason, and he did a fabulous job. His customer service was tremendous. He listened to our concerns and cleaned the carpets to our satisfaction in a reasonable period of time. One of the biggest problems with professional carpet cleaning is removal of the water from the areas cleaned, leaving the carpet with a damp feeling for several days. Mason made sure to get as much of the water out as possible, and parts of the carpet were fully dry by the end of the day. The rest was dry within 24 hours.

We highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

Colby did a fantastic job on my mom’s carpet in her apartment. He also cleaned her recliner and it looks brand new! He took his time and seemed to really take pride in doing a good job. We would definitely use Zerorez again!

We are extremely pleased with the speed and effectiveness of Zerorex carpet cleaning process. Tyler also gave us useful tips on cleaning up after unfortunate accidents that our tiny pet dog, Cody, makes.

The professionalism of the company and especially Miguel, the technician who did the work for us, very clean, fast and effective. I just didn't like the price they charged me for a mat that really wasn't that big, charging $120, which is more than the cost of the same mat. They should review their prices with the market they have of competition, because they seem a little high to me compared to those who had already given me the service before.

Ian and Zach were professional, friendly, explained what would be done, placed wall corner guards wherever the hoses might rub and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. They explained drying time and how to speed it up and when it would be okay to move furniture back into position.

Our rugs are nice and clean and almost completely dry and virtually flat again...in another day we expect them to be back to "normal".

We have a cat and they did the rug in his room first so it would be dry by the time they finished.
