I spoke with two different people when scheduling my service (on the first call, I didn't have all the information that was needed). The ladies who helped me were kind and knowledgeable. Jack Miller was the young man who showed up to clean the carpets. I explained exactly what I wanted which he was more than willing to accommodate. Jack made sure to cover any issues that might occur with my area rug and specific spots I had on my carpet prior to beginning the work. I felt the pricing was more than fair, and Jack did a fantastic job. Jack stayed to made sure I had no trouble in paying with my credit card. (Jack was amazingly patient with someone who is older and doesn't necessarily understand new technology,) My rugs look great and dried quickly. It was great to deal with a company such as Zerorez which has fair pricing and does a great job. I hope all interested parties have the privilege of working with someone like Jack Miller.

We had dryer vent cleaning and duct work cleaning. Very professional work. Appreciated the way they took care of furniture and decor in house as they proceeded to clean. All our vents are on the ceiling. All are screwed in and had to be removed and then put back. Of course, it wasn't easy and did make some a little tricky but they are good at tackling any situation. Great crew! Will have them back.

We needed a carpet cleaned on a very specific day and time and they were able to accommodate us quickly. They did a great job!
