Joe showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning our air vents . They had not been cleaned in over 20 years and were a mess . We now have better airflow thru the house . We greatly appreciate the work he did and will be calling Zerorez in the future to keep our vents clean.

technician was courteous and efficient. He arrived on schedule. The carpet looks great. I had one bedroom cleaned and it amounted to only about 75. sq. ft due to not cleaning under the beds. I also have a walk in closet about 7x8'. I was charged separately for the closet because it was
"another area" and they charge by the area. That's ridiculous.
