Workers were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The duct cleaning was incredibly satisfactory to watch on video as well when they finished. Honestly was just a great experience all around!
By email, we made our appointment on the day and afternoon which we had asked for. Confirmed such by phone. Chris was the tech who came to do the job. He was courteous, attentive and made sure he would do what we wanted. Whole episode took just under two hours.
He parked his truck on our drive about halfway to the house and brought his hoses, connections into the front entry, where the area to be done, living room and study are immediately adjacent.
