I like the clean carpets after Zerorez. I noticed that they are softer and stay cleaner longer after Zerorez (barring accidents!); with other cleaning services, the carpet appears to look dirty or dull not too long after cleaning and feel a little ‘crunchy’.
Your technicians, especially Jordan and Taylor, are extremely efficient and helpful with advice while they are here. They are professional, personable and very much appreciated.
