Our Lead Technician, Travis Williamson, was professional and courteous. They were in and out quickly. And provided great before and after photos. Great job.

The Gentleman that cleaned my carpets was quick efficient and did an amazing job with what he had to work with. I was afraid I would have to replace the carpet on the steps but by the time he was finished they look almost brand new again. Simply amazing job.

Brett is a lifesaver! He cleaned the pet stain from our new, expensive Italian fabric sofa and it looks like nothing ever happened. We were able to get an appointment one day after I called, while the stain was still pretty fresh, and his knowledge of fabrics is outstanding. He explained all possible issues in a clear way and, while he helped me understand there was a risk involved in cleaning it (due to the viscose in the fabric), he was reassuring and told me he has good luck with it in the past. And he did again, with my sofa! Furthermore, he offered to come back at no charge and try something a bit stronger, if this initial treatment didn't work. He provided many reassurances of follow-up with no additional cost, and happily none was needed. The service price was incredibly reasonable, and I feel like I hit the lottery in finding Brett Pop and Zerorez for my furniture and rug cleaning needs!
