The reservation specialist to the cleaning technicians are always so professional and polite. The work is always done to the highest quality and the carpets always look fresh and clean after.

Eduardo had a cancelled appointment prior to mine so he contacted me to see if I would like him to come early to which I readily agreed. He did a thorough job and was extremely courteous.
I have used Zerorez for many years and will undoubtedly call them again in the future...

For a general cleaning, our carpets look great. We do have some spots that would require additional work, but I didn’t plan on those stains coming out.
