We bought an old house; the previous owner had pets; we have allergies. I'd heard about Zerorez on the radio, and spoke to them at a house/garden show, and decided that it would be a good idea to clean the ducts I can't reach. Their technician, Brian, arrived on time (set up by text) and was very friendly and professional. He wore booties on his shoes; had plastic "corners" to protect my walls from the hose that ran from the truck, etc. I thought the price was fair for the time and equipment involved.
I'm glad I chose Zerorez.

Aaron was great. He called several times in the morning before arrival to update me on his ETA. He cleaned the couch, which I added on last minute, and he washed our rug that was able to be washed in house. He loaded the rest of the rugs into his van for the service to wash in the factory, as they were more delicate. He was very careful to call his company and consult them about whether the rugs should be taken in or washed on site. The only thing is that ZeroRez only sends out one employee per service, so I had to help him carry the furniture off the rugs and one of the heavy rugs to the van. Otherwise, he said they do come back another day if no one is able to help lift. Thank you very much, Aaron!
