I love how clean and residue free our carpets are after cleaning and how good they look and hold up even a year later. Most impressive was a stain we had this year that I really thought wasn't going to come out of our very light gray carpet. Our tech, Olivia was amazing, and you'd never know that stain was there. She answered my questions and took great care with protecting our walls and such. She is one I hope tq ask for next visit.

I was not happy with my initial service because it appears that the young man who cleaned my carpet was not trained properly. Even though he was very nice he did not spot treat small stains and only clean around my area rug.

However, the second gentleman that was sent back to clean the carpet again was more experienced and was able to treat and remove the stains, not to mention he was very friendly, informative, and helpful.

Thank you for coming back out and resolving my concerns. Your concern and willingness to resolve my issues was truly appreciated and I will recommend your services to others!

It has been about a week since my carpet cleaning, and the floors still look practically new!! All the little spots and stains have disappeared. And the deodorizer has done wonders for my closet, where my fur baby has marked her spots and missed a few from her pee pad. Steven was absolutely amazing; he thoroughly explained the process, what to expect, and asked pertinent questions. Highly recommend!

I have used ZEROREZ in the past for cleaning the carpets in my hope and have always been pleased with the service. This time I had some area rugs that needed cleaning so I took them to the St. Louis Park facility. Upon my arrival, I was told that William Hazzard would be helping me. William sat at the desk chair and immediately asked if I needed a chair to sit. I told him I was fine standing and thanked him. We had a delightful conversation as he got the information he needed from me. After gathering my information, he stood and told me he would get the door for me. He opened the office door, walked down the steps with me and opened my car door for me. I was so impressed with his actions and his delightful personality. Two weeks later I was again was taken care of by William. I told him how impressed I had been with the service he provided to me at my previous visit and that I had told my husband about the treatment I had received. He once again took care of me by locating my rugs, and carrying them to my car for me. It is rare to receive this kind of service when working with any company. It was greatly appreciated and my rugs also look good. Thank you, William!

Love working with Zerorez. They are able to schedule you quickly, and the technicians that show up on site are always extremely friendly. I schedule every 6 months to prolong the life of my carpets. The lingering pet odor from potty training a puppy is completely gone.

The technician called to see if he could come early which was fine. He came when he said he would arrive. He explained what he was going to do and was very professional. My sectional and club chair were clean and the pet odors have been removed. I was pleased with their service and would use them again.
