Service providers who perform the work usually very, very good. Easy to make appointments. But this time invoice sent to me stating it was unpaid when it was indeed paid the day of the service. Also I question wheather one add on service was actually performed. Sent response to billing department.

This guy has done a great job each time he's cleaned my carpets and love seats. Embarrassingly, I don't remember his name. He doesn't just quickly do the job and head out, but is very precise and detailed covering everything.

We have been a client with Zerorez for over 10 years. Every tech that has ever come over has walked us through the entire process each time. Explaining the stain removal, length of entire carpet cleaning, price and dry time. They have all been polite and professional as well. I will never use another company. We love zerorez!!

Valentino was very friendly, efficient and did a great job on our carpets. There were a couple of graphite stains from a recliner that he was able to make disappear. Dirty heavy traffic areas were barely noticeable after the cleaning. We would hire Zerorez again without question.
