The service was great! The gentlemen that came to the house were super polite, respectful and informative. My carpets and chairs were super clean, the house smelled fresh and everything was dry by the time I went to bed. I love the fact that chemicals are not used!

Prompt and efficient service
I have become sensitive to some chemicals and was looking for a carpet cleaning service that does not use harsh chemicals. I am so glad that I have chosen to go with the Zerorez service. Tito, who took our order from start to finish, was very professional and thorough. He arrived punctually, went through the house to double check on what to be done, and immediately started on the work that lasted for a few hours. I am very pleased with the quality and outcome of his work. Will use their service.

Restored my carpets from our puppies.
We were especially impressed with how well Zerorez accommodated our scheduling needs. As a church, we had a very limited window for carpet cleaning, and they were able to schedule us for a 6:00 a.m. appointment. The technician, Austin, arrived on time and came prepared with multiple fans to speed up the drying process. He thoroughly explained the procedure, spot cleaned as needed, and had the carpets cleaned within a couple of hours. While the sanctuary carpet was drying, Austin went above and beyond by also cleaning our nursery and playroom. We were thrilled to be putting our chairs back by 3:00 p.m. that same day. We couldn’t be more pleased with Zerorez’s service!

I like that no toxic materials are used in the treatments. Also, the punctuality and reliability.
Scheduling for the carpet cleaning was very easy and the communication from the company on the time and date were excellent. The two cleaners that came were very professional and were able to understand what needed to be done per my request. They answered all my questions well. They were done very clean and neat and quick.
