I have been using Zerorez for my carpets for many years. This week I had them not only do my carpets but also clean out my vents. Eduardo has been the technician I always request for the carpets but this time he came with a helper to clean out the vents. He did a fabulous job and he assured me that the person coming to clean the carpets would take equally good care of us. Kudos to the Personnel Department of Zerorez for hiring excellent people. Their prices are fair and their work excellent. I asked if they cleaned ceiling fans, but they do not. Would love to see that added!

I had a wonderful experience with Zerorez. They have done my carpet cleaning for years. I scheduled to have my tile and grout cleaned. The technician Ryan showed up on time and did a fantastic job on cleaning my tile. He was very polite and efficient and made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left. He even went and did some touch up on grout that was stained. I highly recommend Zerorez, ask for Ryan B.

Booking was seamless, tech was professional and prompt, and the carpets were like new. I'm sensitive to smells and chemical scents. There was not even a trace of a scent left afterwards.
I like the process. Spray the solution on the carpet, let it do its thing then remove with just the special water. My carpet cleans up well if the application is done correctly. The final result, the carpet looks and feels like new without any cleaning or perfume smells. Again if applied properly.
However, this last time I required the tech to come back out, because, I could clearly see where the pre spray was missed in areas. The second carpet tech was able to correct the misses. Just wish I would have had the tech go back over the front room, I was too nervous to ask.
Lastly, you have a great product but the spray has to be sprayed over all areas to be cleaned successfully as well as the hard traveled areas and the sides of the stairs!!!!!
I wish the front room could be done again to clean the misses.
Both techs were kind and professional, worked hard, However, I could tell the misses from the first time out were a result of an incomplete application of the pre spray.
Suggestion:
The carpet techs should have clean equipment when bringing it into a new home. The Jug that the spray comes out of was very dirty in appearance from the outside, as well as the wands that put out the special water and suction it back up were dirty with hair and dirt from previous cleanings. Maybe zerorez should clean this equipment at the end of each day .
Service was quick without any problems. I definitely recomend this sevice to anyone needing carpet cleaning.
Great job and superb technician
Very quick in setting up an appointment the next day as we had family that brought dogs who had left their mark on our white carpet... Angel was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. She cleaned and treated 3 rooms plus a couple spots on area rugs. She came out the next day as I felt there was still a urine odor but no more staining. She added a deodorizer and all seems great.
Blaze answeed all my questions, returned my call right away. The quote was right on, Brad arrived on schedule, expained what he was going to do and informed us when to put things back.
