I do have one recommendation: We have older carpets, and the heaviest traffic areas have less padding, so more water remained and took a full 24 hours to dry, with towels to absorb some water, etc.

Perhaps if they recognized or asked if this is old carpet, then run the cleaning/vacuum head over these wetter areas a second or third time?

As homeowners you hardly think about those things but it’s good to have it on regular routine maintenance for optimum efficiency. The end result of my area, rugs, being cleaned, my carpet on the stairs and in the master bedroom is beautiful! And especially the tile in my primary bath. It looks brand new - it was in dire need of cleaning. The grout was ivory to match the tile and it looked like it was dark in many places. Now it looks as it did when we first built the house
