My technician did a great job and upon request came back to redo some stairs I felt needed some more attention. I am very satisfied with the service.

This was the second time using Zerorez for carpet cleaning and we are very pleased with the service. The technician was cordial, and on time, calling 15 minutes upon arrival. Being a commercial establishment, many rooms with carpets were cleaned and looked 100% better. The technician was very thorough with the cleaning and explained treatment, especially in the heavily stained areas.

Our technician, was wonderful. He had clear knowledge of his job and we could tell he took pride in his work. He was eager to share his helpful tips and future cleaning suggestions that we can do. He was at our home for most of the day and was very pleasant to have in our home. We were amazed at how wonderful our tile and grout looked when he was done. Well done!!
