I like that I was able to make an appointment and get fast service and an estimate over the phone. The technician was very helpful and worked quickly while trying to get the carpets as clean as possible.

I called other companies and they were not as responsive. Even though the house was a good size the tech was not phased and made sure to lay down protective equipment so the walls were not damaged by his equipment.

I liked the ultraviolet light to detect stains. The powerful wand with heat to penetrative for deep stains. Daryin was very professional and listened about my concerns and was friendly as well as doing a great job. I would highly recommend you guys.

Did a good job.

The cost was way above my budget but the carpet looks really clean.

Drying time for all rooms was over 24 hours.

They worked effectively and we saw great results. It was hard to see when the carpet was wet, but once it dried everything was great. I will use this company again. Great customer service, prompt and on time.
