Reasonably priced. Office personal attentive, easy to talk to and accommodating. Technician on time, respectful, explained cleaning in what ever detail requested, immediately alerted me to spot cleaning issues presenting optional approaches with trade offs. When finished, I was completely satisficed with the results. No harsh chemicals used. All carpeting was completely clean, only slightly wet with nothing but fresh water smell. Carpeting completely dry in only 4 hours. Wonderful experience from first contact to completion.

cleaning went well, communication went well to let us know when they would arrive. only issue was the request to add a tip when we paid by credit card. the last time we used your service a tip was not requested.

How clean the carpet gets. Adam in IA did a fantastic job of cleaning. Also very personably and gave time schedule for approximate time to move furniture back.

Michelle was my technician and she was very lovely, a very hard worker. I had my whole house done. I have ceramic tile flooring, and carpet. I also had her clean my shower and she sealed my flooring since it had never been sealed before I highly recommend Zerorez for any jobs you may need done around your home.

Kendall Schroeder and his team mate were EXCELLENT! Not only were they super honest and straight forward with us (our tile grout was a hot mess!) they arrived at 10 am and stayed until 7:15pm. They remained polite, and worked hard all day! They were perfectionists and so positive! My husband and I are realtors so we will be recommending them A LOT!

I like the fact that you do not use chemicals when you clean the floors. And it is true that my carpets do not feel or sound crispy when I walk on them after they are cleaned! I’m sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who did the cleaning, but he was very courteous and he was very knowledgeable about the product and what he was doing, and he answered all my questions. Victor and his co-worker did a great job. Victor cleaned our carpets last year and did a great job too! Zerorez is really the best carpet cleaning business out there. I highly recommend them.

The communication between the scrubber and the Co, was not very good. He came here and had to revise the meeting. He should have been told for it to be portable. He had to to bring in the hoses over the deck. Good thing we were on the 1st floor. He was not happen as it was raining pretty hard at the time. He was not angry with us, Very nice guy. But I think he was extra rushed because of that.

Jose and Jeffrey were my service reps and they were very detailed both explaining all costs associated with the visit and with their work. They advocated on my elderly mom's behalf to Zerorez on the size of the larger than expected room and then explained the pros and cons of the special pet stain removal service (extra charge by Zerorez). They left me with some pet stain removal/cleaning kit at no extra charge. They worked extra hard on the pet stains and after they finished, asked me to walk around in case I wanted them to 'go back' and further attend to any area. I did not.
They were kind and thoughtful with my elderly mom while they did the work. I was very pleased with their service. Although the final charge was more, Jose and Jeffrey did a very good, thorough and professional job.

Everything was great! Daniel and Mikey explained everything they were going to do to clean my couch and the hallway and living room carpet. They also added scotchguard to the carpet so it would be easier to clean the next time! I was very happy with the outcome!
