Clean application and leaves no residue that interferes with vacuuming. Did eliminate most of the smell and staining. Tech provided next steps in case smell and stains returned from pad. Was very sensitive to working around our family in the house and nice to our curious dog.

I like the professionalism, they will call before they're on the way to your location. The Zerorez team is courteous and respectful of your property. I like that they use Zwater for their cleaning which has no harmful chemicals. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.
