Great experience!! The gentlemen that cleaned my carpets did a great job. There was a little miscommunication in the price but other than that, I will definitely recommend them. They were so nice to work with too!! I plan to have them over to do some additional work soon.

Zerorez technicians are always prompt, very good communicators, and friendly. They always explain what they're going to do, in what order, and why - and about how long it will take. It's so nice to have them anticipate what you're going to want to know instead of having to prompt them for more information, question by question. I definitely feel our ducts and floors are much much cleaner after they visit. My allergies and sinus congestion clear up too. Such an easy process with obvious benefits for me.

Every service / tech (Daniel, Anthony and newest Tony) have been awesome! Their area manager, Lee, responsive and wonderful to work with! I constantly sing their praises and highly recommend them to ANYONE who asks for a good (or should I say... the BEST) carpet cleaning experience! THANK YOU!

Operator was very cordial and agreeable.

I like the low water usage so that the carpet doesn't take as long to dry - yet still seems clean.

The couch did take a long time to dry. When the operator left I realized he had put all the couch cushions back in place. It would never dry like that! So I had to go over and disassemble it and stand the cushions up to dry.

Professional cleaning without soap. Patti did an awesome job at cleaning my rug and carpets. She was thorough with her work and even went over the costs in detail before she started her work. She made sure I was happy with the results and reviewed a few issues with the carpet.
