I was able to get the cleaning done the day after I called. The technician was professional and took a lot of care while here. He was diligent about getting everything clean even though it was a large job. The carpet looks like new and all of the stains are now gone. He was able to remove a lot of pet fur which is what I was having an allergic reaction to.

Alex Baker did an exceptional job cleaning three rooms in our home. We have a large dog that tracks in a lot of paw prints. Alex was polite, informative and worked very hard at cleaning our carpets on a hot and humid day.

The man who cleaned our carpets showed up on time and called to let us know when he was 15 minutes away. He did a wonderful job!

Your service provider showed up on time, was prepared, was so polite and conscientious as he entered our home. It was a super hot day and lugging all those tubes for the vacuum into the house was a sweaty tiresome job! I appreciated his hard work. Wonderful job all around!
