I've been to many yoga studios and won't settle for a studio (more like an instructor) who doesn't play good music and have a good flow sequence. I also love that we always work our core and abs.

I love the selection of classes and the times of each class - love having the option to go early in the morning and after work. Great schedule for someone who works 9-5 and is super busy.
i love the infared heat panels, i love the challenging classes. The space is really nice. Also, i loved that the lights were kept low in the C2 classes I went to. I feel that really helps me to focus inward, rather than compare myself to others in the class, or look in the mirrors.

The 2 ladies that were checking people in were just really nice and friendly and helpful. I was traveling for work and they were really helpful finding my membership. The teacher also was great and kicked my butt!
