I have only tried 2 classes, but I enjoyed both of them. The instructors were personable, which is very appealing. The studio is nice. I love the changing room upstairs and the showers. The location works for me. And the parking is fine. All good:)

Facility, staff, hours
I have only been to one class so mayhap you should ask me this in a week. However I loved it and can't wait to try sculpt and fusion. I was a little disappointed when no one showed up for the 6:00am sculpt this morning, but I figure that's gotta be a rare occurrence and I'll catch it Wednesday.
It feels like a community, yoga is awesome, the rooms smell wonderful, the hands on technique make classes feel more personal... I just love it!
I love how upbeat the yoga sculpt class is! Honestly one of my favorite classes I've ever taken. Tyra at the KC-Plaza location is amazing!
