Dropped in on Christmas Day and did a sculpt class - it was amazing. So glad that on a holiday where every place seems to be closed, I can still count on CPY to get my workout in. I normally go to the one in LoHi (Denver, where I live) and the class I took was easily good enough and challenging enough to be taught in the high profile LoHi location next to the corporate offices. This is the best thing about CPY: you can always expect the fun, challenging workout that makes you feel amazing afterwards.
