Really enjoy the workouts. The facility and instructors are the best. I drive 45 minutes to get to the classes and its well worth it.

Core Power Yoga - Plaza has transformed me into a Yogi with a regular practice (the month where I completed the 20-class challenge). I am a person who likes to sometimes jump in on a 6am class or an 8:30pm class and their class schedule is always accommodating for plugging something into by busy life. I have several FAVORITE teachers that I LOVE taking their classes. Their knowledge and corrections are astounding. The amenities can't be beat. It is my plan for surviving winter when I'd otherwise hate the cold, be less active, and just want to hibernate. Most teachers make an effort to be genuinely kind and use your name when arriving and leaving and they support each other.
Great folks, great yoga. Only dislike is the basement locker room. Also need plastic bags for wet clothes.
The classes are good and have a lot of variety. The schedule allows me to get to a class at convenient times, and the staff is very supportive.

The personalities in the studio are energetic, yet calming. I have been to several studios around the country and I this one is by far my favorite!
I dropped in for a class while visiting Kansas City and they mad me feel like I'd been coming for ever. The class was lead by a dry knowledable trainer who went to the next level by helping students when needed. I would belong to this gym if it was local!

Lara, the manager, is lovely and very approachable. Fantastic customer service. She is welcoming to everyone walking through the door. Her class was enegerctic, safe, challenging, and fun.
