I love the sculpting yoga classes, a concept I can't find anywhere else. The thought of beginning in child's pose and ending with savasana is what gets me there. But what happens in between leaves me with such a feeling of achievement. The teachers are wonderful and the space is awesome!
The heat has been great lately, class variety and level of teachers. The one thing that has been increasingly annoying lately is the pre-class chatter in the yoga room. I realize the sign outside the door "quiet room" is intentional, but I don't think many people pay attention to it!
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. After class the instructor asked how class was and was personable and went out of her way to talk to me. The studio was clean and inviting. Loved my experience!

I love the fact that we can tryout the facility for a week. For someone that never does yoga, I really enjoy the classes. I also love the variety of what is offered. The classes are all a little bit different depending on what you are looking for. Overall, really enjoy the classes and the instructors.
