So far, I've predominantly taken the C1 class, and I love the consistency. Not only does it continually allow me to push myself and add variations to the basic poses, but it also allows me to slow down when I really need it.
The instructors I've had at the Plaza location have all been fantastic, and each bring something different to the class, even if it is just their intentions. I appreciate the guided stretching they offer, and I feel they are invested in furthering my strength and flexibility.
I cannot tell you how much I rave about CorePower to my friends and family, and it really is the best workout I've found that is low impact, but keeps me moving and constantly reaching and pushing myself.
I like that the teachers engage with the class. Each instructor has had a great approach to asking the class to be present.

Hi - I am from San Francisco but was at Country Club Plaza for work. The one class I took was wonderful, but ended about 15 minutes late, which is crazy! Other than that, studio was clean, teacher was good, class was great. Thanks!
The instructors are the best of any yoga studio I have attended. They are just as wonderful outside the studio as they are in the studio. My experience with CorePower has been life changing. I have recommended CorePower to all my friends, and many of them now have memberships.

Love the calm atmosphere and heated rooms. Instructors are consistent with teaching movements but mix up the classes with their own style enough that it keeps it interesting! I get stretch and strength work in every class!
Very clean and up to date studio with great knowledgeable instructors! Amenities also very nice benefit and well kept!
