The class format was exactly what I needed! Love the energy of the instructors and the studio is beautiful. Only awkwardness occurred in the lobby while I was sifting through the discount bins. The woman next to me was kind of rude (I think she worked there, she was folding as I was looking). Made me feel rushed.

The classes are challenging and fun, the instructors are very good at what they do and provide hands-on adjustments where appropriate. Lora, the manager, is absolutely amazing. Her and all of the instructors try to make a point of learning your name and a little bit about what you are hoping to achieve with the classes. They make the whole experience very personalized and if you go regularly, almost like an extended family or support group for yoga and life health :)

I was visiting my daughter for the weekend and went to the free yoga class on Saturday morning. It was really good I just didn't have the proper workout clothes with me and had no idea it would be so hot in the room. Music was too loud for me so it was hard to hear what the instructor was saying.
The structure of the class was a great workout and stretching session! The enthusiasm of the instructor was good! The building was clean and modern.
I have loved how inclusive the environment feels. Everyone is so kind and helpful.
