Convenient, and friendly atmosphere.
I have been a member of Core Power- Country Club Plaza since 2018. I like the studio spaces for our classes and the talented and enthusiastic Yoga instructors who lead us - they energize and encourage us to do whatever feels best for our bodies- even if it strays somewhat from the Yoga routine that they demonstrate.
I feel like I have received a terrific and well rounded Yoga routine both with Yoga Sculpt and C2 and it has really helped to keep my body energized and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Core Power Plaza to anyone seeking a healthy , fun and life boosting exercise regimen

I particularly like the Yoga Sculpt class as well as the instructors who lead us. They are very welcoming and provide a very good and through yoga routine and I always feel energized and strengthened and at peace after the class is over. I also have come to know several of the people who are regulars there like I am so the whole experience is like meeting up with family and sharing an uplifting experience together.

Love the teachers, love the classes! wish their were more C2 options early AM (pre 8) or post 5:00.
Great instructors for Scupt and really nice space. Also, pleased with the heat - it got nice and hot in the studios.
I appreciated how the Instructors took time to clean space in between classes and also adhered to limiting Yogis to enter 15 mins prior to class. I liked that the mat spaces were notated on the floors as well.
Krystal is a phenomenal instructor!! She was confident in her practice, but was extremely patient with me. I hadn't taken a class in 5 yrs, so my confidence was a little low walking in, however, she demonstrated beginner to advance poses to ensure everyone walked out of her class feeling accomplished. I would also like to add that her playlist was AWESOME!!
They followed Covid protocols and it was a very clean studio. The teacher was super friendly and welcoming! She showed me around the studio since it was my first time in KC CorePower!
KC could use a second studio since it has 2 states that it could benefit from. Missouri & Kansas!
Best of luck!!! I cannot wait until Minnesota studios are open again!

Fun experience - great coach.
Kelly taught an amazing C2 class! The studio was very clean and I felt safe the entire time. However, it was difficult to do yoga with a mask on in a heated room. I appreciate the free class to try it out under COVID conditions.
It felt very Covid-safe, I like that we wear masks during the workout, and the instructor was awesome!! Great tunes and very motivating! I know it’s hard to teach in the current climate with masks restrictions but she did so great!
I love the teachers.. they incorporate an amazing yoga workout with key yoga concepts like letting go and being one within our bodies. Love it!!!

The instructor was excellent (Subha). Studio is beautiful and welcoming and they have great retail products for sale. The class was paced perfectly and appealed to yogis of all levels.
