The yoga instructors at this location are very friendly and inviting. They give a great sense of welcome to everyone who enters. Being new to the Country Club Plaza location and fairly new to yoga in general, the staff absolutely made me feel at home. The overall vibe during classes is stress free, judgement free, and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

The studio is clean, people were very friendly and above all it was an awesome class.
I have consistently been attending CP on the Plaza for six months now. I can say with certainty that it has improved my mental well being, self confidence, and has even scratched the surface of my mild-to-moderate anxiety. My pelvic pain and inflammation has decreased and I have fewer "bad" days. My body feels stronger and I have toned out a bit which is a nice plus. I personally love listening to what the teachers have to say- I always have something to think about when I leave.

Forward thinking, all accepting, and life transforming are just a few amazing qualities I have found at corepower. I have never been to a gym or yoga studio with such an amazing community and skilled and attentive instructors. It is my home away from home and am grateful for corepower in my neighborhood every day ❤️

The class format was exactly what I needed! Love the energy of the instructors and the studio is beautiful. Only awkwardness occurred in the lobby while I was sifting through the discount bins. The woman next to me was kind of rude (I think she worked there, she was folding as I was looking). Made me feel rushed.
