What does the Y do really well?

I'm a first time Y participant. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and was well on my way to reconstructive surgery for my knee and hip..... my surgeon recommended a last ditch effort of walking the lazy river to regain some relief to my hips and knees.....and after only 2 weeks of use I feel almost 100% without pain.....I strongly urge and recommend to anyone suffering from joint issues.

What does the Y do really well?

Hire the right people! They are kind, compassionate and passionate about helping all clients reach their goals. There are many ways to get ahead offered by the Y. I'm glad I signed up again, I have a personal trainer to get me started and offer encouragement when I win but offer insights when I don't. I need that accountability. I like everything about the Y!

I really love all of the different classes you offer. I take 3 of the classes you offer and all of the instructors are fabulous!!! They do an excellent job and you can really tell they care that you are there!
All of your employees are very friendly! I love the Y and really look forward to going to workout almost everyday! I love how my family can come and we can all be doing different workouts!! It truly is an excellent facility with outstanding employees!!!!

What does the Y do really well?

the facilities are very clean, plenty of space, and variety of machine and free weights along with fitness equipment like bikes, treadmills, etc. I also like the ability to use steam or sauna, hot tub, and pools.
