The lazy river is wonderful, so is the hot tub your instructors have very very good classes. I really enjoyed chair, yoga, the water classes and silver sneakers and low impact.
It’s convenient, friendly staff, and you can usually find space on most machines in the weight area.

There are so many options. I prefer group classes to push myself. The instructors are fun and friendly. Great group of people.
The facilities are great, the people working there are very friendly & helpful. I use the fitness & pool areas 5 days a week. I also enjoy the Steam, Sauna, & Hot tub facilities fo loosen my joints & muscles from sports injuries & surgeries.
