Clean facility. Warm, friendly staff. Lazy River is larger than Parkville location and is rarely what I would consider to be busy. Weight training machines are in good working order. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Great classes to choose from. Amy that does Barr is awesome, the class is very interesting and satisfying. Christie does great with Pilates, she makes you use the muscles throughout your whole body. Disa has always been great at cardio dance.

I like the friendly staff, the dry sauna, the lazy river. I also enjoy the company of the people I have met.

Modern looking and feeling facility. Large indoor elevated track. Basketball court accessibility during the day. These alone supersede my experience at Bonner Springs (home) location. Will look to come more often.
Friendly, responsive. Could do without the fountains in the lazy river. Like the better hours. A few issues with mechanical seems to be happening, like the swimsuit spinner and hotub not working. But overall a good experience.

I wish the lockers were cleaner. Outsides are dirty with years of dirty finger prints. Walls and some track doors too. Would make me happier if they were clean. Otherwise wonderful gym

Everyone at the front desk, as well as other staff, are very friendly, and committed to making sure your experience is a good one. The amount of equipment they have is sufficient most of the time — even at peak hours. There are many classes to take part in, and the pool is always clean. Also, the building is always clean; both inside and outside. There are water fountains to refill water bottles, and cleaning supplies are always available. Lastly, the price. It’s a great value for everything available to you.
everyone is friendly. i spend most of my time in the pool area. Sam is an excellent lifeguard. He is very diligent and hardworking. he's always busy. i appreciate his effort.
