I love the gym, the staff and all the classes!

Had already spoken to staff about the water from the showers that's very hot, but they got this covered! I have no complaints about this gym! I always recommend it to my friends! Also would like to empathise the fact that the staff is very polite and care for the customers.

Great gym for daily workout. The staff is very professional. Plenty of options if you wish to train by yourself or join one of the classes and it is never overcrowded.

Some trainers should be trying to pay more attention to how people are doing exercise such as boxing as some seem to not care as much about the correct posture and movements. Also it helps when the trainer says the exercises out loud even when the video is playing (only applies to boxing) as the view can be slightly obstructed by bags in some spots. Otherwise all classes are brilliant and trainers are helpful and make it more fun. Aerial yoga is amazing, and so are the Zumba classes. Overalls gym is spotless and all staff are always helpful and friendly.

Cheaper monthly rate. That would help alot. Maybe bringing back the jacuzzi again.

Pretty much everything is great! Though, to be fully honest, (1) I'm keenly awaiting the return of the jacuzzi :-), and (2) the water in the ladies' showers has been too hot the last couple of times (less so today, 25/10/22; scalding on Fri 21/10). Other than that I LOVE OneEscape and have been very happy with what you are offering us ever since I signed up!!!

It's all perfect.

Firstly, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the difference. The classes are excellent, and the fitness trainers really try to make them as enjoyable and fun as possible.

Changing rooms are very clean and the pool area is spotless. It's a real gem in the city center.

I would like to hear from 1escape when there is a problem ie pool out of action. I don't get any info because I do not use a mobile phone. I also miss out on the loyalty points.

Hey, I'm glad to send through some feedback. I've got a few small requests; could you try starting the sauna earlier so it's available from opening, usually it takes until after 8 am or so to heat up. Can you turn off the music in the changing rooms? We're usually there longer while changing after a workout and want to try to wind down, or going to the pool and on a different buzz. And on the same note, can you try and vary the music played in the swimming pool? Seems like it's the same playlist on repeat. Lastly, are there any plans to restart the jacuzzi?

I really enjoy the classes at 1 escape, instructors are really motivating and make the classes enjoyable!

Brilliant friendly environment with top class staff and facilities

Really enjoyed the aerial yoga at lunchtime today (Tuesday) with Barbara who is excellent. The only drawback was the noise from the circuits class scheduled at same time. Music was loud & a ball or something was bounced constantly right outside the door to our studio.

I would hope that the opening overs would be longer so it would give me more options to select working out hours, nevertheless great place and service

The app can be fiddly and it would be nice to also have the option to scan a physical card when you walk in instead of just the QR code in the app.

I like the current variety of lunchtime classes - the mix between David's aerobic / strength classes (the boot camp and the grit class on Tuesday / Friday) combined with the Pilates and Yogalates on the Monday and the Wednesday.

It is great to have Barbara back again - I did my first Yogalates class in a few years a couple of months ago and felt 2 inches taller when it was over!

I really like the gym, the equipments are great, modern and I feel the space very complete. However, as a member that have been associated with 1escape before I really miss the Jacuzzi. Overall, I recommend the gym to everyone.

Perfect gym

Invest the € & back the jacuzzi in the pool area, been using it since 2008! There’s no reason to not invest and repair it.

Bring back the Jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons I’m paying such a high membership fee!!

Ability to cancel classes a little bit nearer to class time (maybe two hours?). I will often not know I will be late out of work until 4 or 5pm which is too late to cancel many of the evening classes!

They are all an amazing team.
They receive you with a smile, the teachers are amazing and the installations are clean!

I have recently joined 1Escape and I am so impressed with the facilities and the classes. The staff are very friendly and approachable and I feel I belong. The pool is fantastic and the aqua exercise classes are both fun and a good workout .
