We can no longer carry the salt and it is great to have it delivered. It is a bit expensive and the tank is ENORMOUS. We have a very small utility area and this brine tank is VERY large.

He is a credit to his profession, as he has always on time, always thorough, always professional, and never recommends services or products that we do not need. We have come to rely on and trust Randy very much over the years to take care of our RO system water needs. He also recommended a charcoal water filtration system to ensure that our water softener performs well for many years, and we are very happy with both Systems.

Only complaint is that the battery holder 'should' be constructed in a stronger fashion. Maybe put a tighten down lid that is threaded or snapped in place. I have to tape mine in place each time we change the batteries.
