I have no complaints with you products and services, but have been told by neighbors their prices which is much cheaper than my price. I really enjoy having the budget plan, consideration of what I can pay for my budget plan and the office girls are fantastic at Howard office.
My only complaint is I really am not satisfied with paying the hazmat fee which I have been told is to send your employees for safety classes and schooling. I don't feel this is my duty to send them for safety classes although I think you should send them for safety classes. I just don't feel I should be footing that bill, that should be a benefit from their company. I have Propane and oil delivered and I am paying double for this fee. I have propane delivered about every 5-6 weeks and this is quite an added expense for the elderly on Social Security.

Whenever Superior Plus Propane is in the area, they will check my propane tank and fill it if needed and bill me. Great service. I have never run out of propane while using Superior Plus Propane.

I enjoy the great customer service I got from the montoursville location. The service technician from howard was great. My house is on the side of a hill and was hard to get propane to but he made it happen and we couldn't be happier.
