Superior worked with me on the pricing scale for large deliveries. The customer service representative was nice when answering my questions. The delivery was scheduled timely to satisfy my needs.
The only problem I have is the monthly payment schedule. It seems I cannot get the correct amount solved!

I have no complaints with you products and services, but have been told by neighbors their prices which is much cheaper than my price. I really enjoy having the budget plan, consideration of what I can pay for my budget plan and the office girls are fantastic at Howard office.
My only complaint is I really am not satisfied with paying the hazmat fee which I have been told is to send your employees for safety classes and schooling. I don't feel this is my duty to send them for safety classes although I think you should send them for safety classes. I just don't feel I should be footing that bill, that should be a benefit from their company. I have Propane and oil delivered and I am paying double for this fee. I have propane delivered about every 5-6 weeks and this is quite an added expense for the elderly on Social Security.
