We are very happy with Carmel Valley Mathnasium. Jan goes above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns that we have about our child's math tutoring. This program has helped my daughter tremendously with understanding fundamental math concepts that she did not get while in school.

Summer math program was good.
We opted for Mathnasium instead of the usual summer workbooks this year. The online format twice weekly was a good option due to the Covid pandemic and saved us some driving time. The kids preferred having teachers available for knowledge check and to answer questions. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Scheduling was flexible. It was a positive experience all around.
My daughter usually dislikes math but she actually enjoys the tutoring. I like the fact it’s not just filling out worksheets but areas that are taught by the tutor as well as an individualized program.

Jan has been exceptionally responsive! My daughter truly enjoys her time at mathnasium, we are very appreciative of the carmel valley mathnasium team.
It was a nice experience.But, I have only one issue which i would have love to be addressed.I have observed that its just like an online practice class,where the students can practice the things they already know from school n clear off their confusions, if any.The greatest disadvantage is that, they dont have any back up material or practice sheets, which they can bank on, during any test or exam at school.
Jan and the team are great to work with, always responsive and have a good style with kids. Really thankful they are part of the community!

Our family keeps on coming back to Mathnasium to help our kids be successful in math. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly and have developed a great relationship with our kids even when online. The bottom line though is results! Through teaching and repeated practice, Mathnasium works in helping our kids to better understand the math they are learning in school and beyond.
