We have had a great experience so far. My son likes to go and that is saying something.
We had our oldest tested many years ago to see where she was at. We found out she was way below her grade level, and she hated Math. She has been going to Mathnasium for years, and her math skills increased every year. Then Covid-19 hits. In the midst of craziness of Covid-19, Mathnasium (the owner and his staff off course) was able to get the program moving pretty much right away. There was an on-line program created, for students to access the lesson on-line and be reviewed by the instructor - LIVE. Low and behold, that on-line program works so great for my daughter. Her 'no access to chatting with other kids and cell phone distraction' (Mathnasium staff and us parents worked together for setting up perimeter, and still so hard to drive motivation level up for her, leveling distraction), and now she has one on one time with the instructor (or it just feels like it now that it is on-line), propelled her Math skills to much higher level. This is the first time, in this Quarter (Q1 just ended), she has a grade B in her grade level (even though it is pass or fail, the number grade still shows). She did have some good Math test grades in the past, but she never can finalize a grade higher than C at the end of semester.
I was skeptical to continue with Mathnasium in the fall 2020 when the number of 'access' that she can go into Mathnasium was cut almost in half; now I see that this is what she needed all along, which we would not figured that out if Mathnasium has not coming up with the on-line program (& if we decided to call it quits).
Although she misses the interaction with the other kids, she really appreciates her current instructors ("they both are really nice" :-) ) as they are patiently guiding her with the lessons.
As parents, one should know that each kid is different; the result for your kids would probably be different. You may be able to get your kids grade up in a few months; what my daughter was missing a solid foundation in Math as she hated this subject. Mathnasium is not what makes her 'love' Math, but combination of her school teachers, the Mathnasium programs (instructors and foundation lessons), and her persistence in learning, are what sustained my daughter and helped her to increase her ability in navigating Math problems, which in my book, that is what I want for her.
This maybe a long review, but I really do appreciate Mathnasium program, the different things they do to assess and strengthen (build) her Math skills; the lesson itself, the assessments, the branch owner, and the program directors & the instructors. Thank you for helping this girl so that she maybe able to reach her dream job by being able to pass Pre-Calculus class in the future :-)

My daughter NEVER complains about doing the tutoring and her math skills have grown.
My son was behind and struggling to catch up. But he learned well and exactly what he needed while also finally enjoying math through Mathnasium. I was able to relax knowing he was getting what he needed in order to do a great job in understanding math and the bonus was finally his enjoyment of it.
We love the online option for those of us that live a distance away from the center. The instructors are excellent and have a brilliant way with explaining math ! The online program is awesome and it’s very slick!! Schools should have been utilizing this program during the shutdown!
We have not only loved seeing improvement in our kiddo's math abilities, but have really appreciated the timely and attentive service from all at Mathnasium. Communication is great and alternative options throughout the pandemic time to continue math lessons has been so helpful!

The staff at the Meridian location are great and they have been working hard in transitioning everyone to on-line tutoring under the current circumstances.
Our son has struggled with math skills comprehension his entire academic career. Since he has been at Mathnasium, he has increased his knowledge more in a few months than he did in most the years of primary and secondary education. The fact that they focus on the concepts he struggles with before moving on has given him a more substantial foundation to build on. We are all happy with the progress he is making, especially him. He has more confidence facing the difficult math concepts now.
I have 3 grandkids in the program. They LOVE going and after 2 hours they often chase me back to my car saying "not yet Nana" "wait in the parking lot".

We loved all of it! Our experience was for a very short time frame but it was wonderful! The staff was always very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. My girls felt comfortable being there and gained some skills even our time there was brief.
