I had a great haircut experience today from Pam ! She was friendly , funny, and did a great job cutting my hair the way I liked it. I also really appreciated that because I was a regular customer, and it had been awhile since I've had the MVP, she gave me a free complimentary MVP experience !

On a completely unrelated note, The store selection option when using this website is not user friendly. I was not able to identify store ON103 by either street address or the store number. Both of which are printed on the receipt. Moving forward it would be much easier to correctly identify the store by using the information printed on the receipt instead of listing your stores by general area.

Not Just a Haircut. It's staff like Pam that make it a great experience. Enjoy the scalp massage and the back and shoulder treatment.

My 10 year old grandson was the first customer. His stylist was "Samm" and Samm made a big impression on my grandson. Great haircut and my grandson is so into personal hygiene now and hair products and feeling good about looking good. Such a positive experience. Generally it is a fight for a haircut and now he has had a second cut and was so lucky to have Samm again.

We took my husband this time who was reluctant for the MVP treatment. My grandson persuaded him to give it a try and now he is hooked. HIs stylist "Pam" really gave him his bet haircut ever. We travel 2 hours to London to visit my daughter and now we need to schedule haircuts into our visits.

You have a couple of great employees who really seem to enjoy their work, were focused on their customer and gave each of them the "MVP" treatment.

The service we received was excellent. I brought in my special needs son who uses a wheelchair in for a haircut and he was treated very well which is not always the case for us at other stores or service industry businesses.

Natasha was our stylist and she was fantastic and did an amazing job to make my son William feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you Natasha, we will be back.
