I’m giving a rating of 10 based on past experiences which is why I keep coming back. Overall, I do recommend friends/co-workers to give Sport Clips a shot. That being said, tonight’s isolated experience would get a rating of 2 or 3. I am satisfied w/ the haircut itself, but everything else was a disappointment.
-I was asked what I wanted for haircut up front and that was the only conversation until ¾ of the way through the haircut. At that point she asked if I wanted to finish up w/ a wash. I informed her that I’d actually like to purchase another season’s pass for the MVP hair cuts if they are still available of which she informed me that they absolutely could be purchased (she forgot all about this request when it came time to ring it. Yes I could have reminded her but I thought based on how the haircut went, If she can’t even remember that I’ll let someone else sell it to me next time – assuming there is some sort of commission or employee kick back)
-the lack of conversation isn’t terrible in and of itself, however in the past I’ve typically been turned towards the tv which tonight was not the case
-the combination of rings and finger nails digging into my head the entire process was extremely off-putting.
-on 2 distinct occasions I felt like skin was taken off with the clippers as it dug into my neck and behind my ear. She even asked the one time if I was ok as it made me jump
-it felt like with every stroke of the clippers they were somewhat dropped against my head versus nicely used
-the warm towel covered my nose to the point of where I had to breathe through my mouth. I could imagine to some this would be extremely uncomfortable
-the towel fell off onto the floor in transition from the sinks in the back to the chair, and the lady simply picked it back up and brought it back over tucking it into my shirt, proceeding w/ the massage
-I came in wearing a hat, left it on her counter with all the clippers and things, and without asking she put a bunch of hair gel/pasted in – seemed odd she didn’t even ask if I wanted any product in my hair

I understand a lot of these things are minor on their own and borderline petty. I thought since PJ suggested I fill out the online survey though, that it only fair to let you know how I actually felt. I am in no way filling this out looking for a free haircut or compensation (as mentioned I’ll be back as typically I’ve been very happy). As a business owner myself , I simply thought I’d take the time to give some honest feedback of my experience.

I really enjoyed the whole experience. Honestly one of the best haircut I have recieved in a long time! Thank You
