Bottom line: our children would not be in Honors Math but for Mathnasium. We set that goal for them when we joined, and they dove right in to the material and made it. In addition, they have both developed a love of math through the Mathnasium process. They look roars to every session days in advance and no matter how nice it is outside or ow tempting it is to play video games, when we say “time to go to Mathnasium” they run out the door with smiles on their faces and race to the car.
McLean Mathnasium's professional staff really helped my second grader to catch up and excel in math, improving her confidence along the way!

Mathnasium has been a great asset to our family. The program is helping our daughter make leaps in math and she is enjoying the process. There is never a session she isn’t excited to go to. I appreciate the communication at the end of her units. I appreciate that she can get help on assignments when she is struggling at school. Just a great great program that is thoughtful and helpful.
The one downfall is some of the tutors. It’s important for my daughter to feel some connection with her tutors. Sometimes they hardly talk with her. But the ones that take the time to ask about her day or chat while working really make her session so much better. It’s makes all the difference to connect with the students.

Terrific teachers and center team. Kids are more confident now in math and enjoying learning. I’d give a 10 but the sign up limitations of 3 weeks is annoying and close to a dealbreaker as a parent. We have to switch our family schedule if we don’t get the regular slot we want.

I was looking for a safe and caring place for my kids, a place where the staff had material and subject knowledge to support children in their learning journey. I found all of those qualities at Mathnasium! My kids come home excited after spending an hour doing math, how great is that!

Our son has just started going 3 times a week and is enjoying the program. He has noticeably improved in his 6th grade math class. He told me just this week that he was able to resolve a problem that others in the class weren’t because of how Mathnasium had taught him to work out and think about math problems. Thank you!
Our only issue is with the speed of the scheduling website.
Other than that we are very happy with our kid's progress!

Kids are motivated and engaged because tutors are attentive and interactive. Center director and his staff know the kids well and understand snd pay attention to their strengths abs weaknesses individually to help monitor their progress.
I wish I would have made the decision to join Mathnasium earlier. I never thought my son would love it as much as he does!
