In fact, on this transaction, he went out of his way to speed up the close so this client, who had dragged her feet herself causing delays, would not lose her rate lock. He gave her frequent updates and made sure she knew where we were in the process each step of the way. He couldn't have done more to make this transaction go any smoother from a financing perspective.
