Oh it's late Sunday morning and you need a queston answered? You can call Joe and he will answer his phone, on his way to brunch with a car full of people. Not many lenders are as easy to get a hold of. When there a lot of emotions happening with a real estate transaction, and there usually is, having a level-headed lender on your team makes transactions so much smoother. I find that assistants to lenders are always three steps behind but Emily Crum and Joe Bigelman work well together from my vantage point and get the transaction closed.

Both Buyer and Seller requested an earlier close of December 29, the height of the Holiday season. My clients’ finances are complex, requiring significant supporting documentation.
