Everything, this would never have happened if I didn't get a second approval from Wendy. When I started working with this client, she was approved through a different lender with 115k FHA needing concessions, needing a move in ready house in a decent location. This would never have happened. After second look with Wendy, her approval was 150k Conventional and no need for concession as she qualified for MSHDA's 25k First Generation down payment. She is now a happy first time homeowner in a good house. Thanks Wendy and John Adams.
