Friendly staff and first class facilities
All the employees/instructors are really friendly/helpful - there is a good mixture of classes for different age groups/fitness levels - On Mondays I enjoy a swim after Zumba cos the times are perfect - I am gonna start the legs/bums/tums class on Thursdays in 2 weeks time and wud love to have a swim straight after that class too but u have to wait an hour which before COVID people wud do that cos we cud wait inside, have a coffee and a chat, but as that isn’t possible now I don’t want to wait around outside in the freezing cold for an hour (other members have commented on this too) - do we know if there will be any changes to this in the New Year?

I only use the swimming pool, but I like the fact that it is open at a convenient time, that sessions are 90mins now, and that it isn't that busy first thing in the morning.
It’s update clean, but the teenagers treat it like a Youth centre and someone’s gonna get hurt, The thermal room needs cleaning more it stinks
All the staff and clients are friendly and approachable. A happy place.
I like the fact that you can go to other clubs on your membership.and take advantage of all the classes.
You have a gym available to teenagers . I use it when I was a teenager . Giving something positive for the youth to improve their condition . Giving them a little more confidence to succeed 🙂

I was referred by my physio to your fitness programme for people with musculoskeletal problems. Katie was assigned to do my gym induction and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and developed an exercise program which would challenge me but not so much to cause pain or to put me off.
I like the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The cleanliness of the pool and changing areas are also important to me and it's very reassuring that these are always kept to a high standard. Also the price is brilliant for the facilities on offer and up to date information is always available. Personally I would like a few sessions to be longer but under the circumstances, and with recent events in mind, it is understandable that this is not possible at present.
Easy to use parking staff
It’s clean well presented , however still locker doors an shower cubicle doors damaged whilst it’s some or a user .The locker doors were missing before covid lockdowns an would it not make sense in the male showers to remove the doors altogether on the cubicles .
Great facilities, especially the new pool & changing area. Friendly staff & tutors. Plus it's good to be with like minded people in the classes.
