The lovely friendly Receptionists as soon as you enter. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All the other staff are friendly too. I can honestly say active Ashton has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are great too. Coming to classes lifts my spirits and brightens my day. The variety of group exercise classes is excellent. I have enjoyed chi ball yoga recently as it’s so relaxing and Caron is very thorough and enthusiastic.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.
I’m just back from a leg operation and was nervous about getting back to exercise as I’m very stiff.
Darren in the gym took time out to show me the new equipment and discuss ideas for some exercises that would help. I appreciated that.
Nicola on reception was also very helpful when I took out membership for my teenage son. Taking time to discuss the options.
