The location is clean, booking system is user friendly, employees are professional and personable but Amber at the Nashua NH location is the reason we continue to come back. She listens to my son’s requests and she somehow nails it every time. We have referred a cousin and a neighbor in the last week alone and they have both said that Amber gave them the best haircuts they have had.
My son has ridiculous cowlicks, and so far this is the only place that has been able to give him a haircut to control his hair. I specifically go there for Amber, who not only does amazing cuts, but is also amazing with children. She is bubbly and friendly and she gets down to their level. My kids adore her. They're normally fairly shy, but they could talk to her all day!
The stylist was very active in helping to decide just how the cut should have been and discussed things with me to make sure I was comfortable at all times.

Service is excellent! The stylists are very professional and talented. Feels like family. Serious yet fun atmosphere. Sometimes busy but that's because they're the best. My recommendation is the MVP because they make you feel like you are the most valuable person.
