the lady’s are very nice, and very laid back , only one thing i think is the price for kids 30 bucks for a 13 year old boy is a lot of money for a child and you always leave a tip , but for the ladies they are very nice there , have a good day
Service is fast, but not so fast they do a poor job. Checking in ahead on time on app is nice to help with not waiting around too long

I love the VIP experience. Its nice to get a scalp massage and wash as part of a haircut experience. It elevates the service and I think it is a great value add. Brittany does an amazing job.

Have struggled with consistency in haircuts with your associates as we have been moving around the country. Ashley did by far the best job of the group and was easy to work with. If we lived here in the Portland, Maine area; I would absolutely become a regular for her.
