The shop is clean, the staff is good at their job.
The staff doesn't try to sell extra products to me unless I ask about it.
If I do ask about extra products, the staff knows their stuff.
Walk-ins are welcome.
That neck/shoulder massage is NICE. A bit shorter than I'd like, but not many places offer that along with a haircut so I'm not complaining.

Great haircut efficient and friendly
Receive one person in particular and she is absolutely amazing. My children have ethnic hair. And in Maine, especially the Bangor area. It’s so hard to find someone who actually knows what they’re doing. The hair grows differently and needs to be tended to differently. I’ve gone to the same woman for over a year and she is so kind to my children and she always hooks their hair up.
Erin knows how to cut my hair so that it looks great. She is very service oriented.

Melissa was very friendly and offered what you sell but didn’t push them on me.
My haircuts were never consistent before I started going to Yvona in Nashua, NH. I followed her when she joined the SportClips family. I have been going there for many years for the service and quality of work, very happy with it, they take their own time and never rush. I have had others provide the service at the Nashua location and they are equally good. I wish everyone and the Company success. If there is one thing I would like changed is reserving a time slot in advance.

Steph usually does my hair and always does a great job. Went in the other day and when I checked in she didn’t come in until 10 am. Had to be to work at 10 am, so I had Laci take care of me. Really happy with the job she did as well. Good to know I can have a back up plan when needed.
