I like the way the team cuts my hair. Lynn and Ivona are great.
My only frustration is the Sportsclip app which is unreliable and doesn't allow one to plan ahead and schedule appointments in advance and confirm on that day or the day before. Often on weekends it is so busy that you're scheduled 2+ hours out making it difficult to plan other events and activities.

She listened to his fears of certain things and made sure he was happy with it all instead of just asking me because it should be the person getting the hair cuts decision. My hairstylist takes her time, I do not feel rushed, and the results have always been top quality. Amanda at the Waterville,ME location is one of the most professional, down-to-earth persons I’ve ever met. She also recommended the Tea Tree hair and scalp treatment, and I love using the product.
