The hairdressers/staff are very polite and helpful, and do their best to accommodate your specific needs. I have never been enamored with the email necessity to get an appointment, so do my best to work around it…usually just showing up and waiting. Wish the email method was not so tedious.
Laci does an amazing job every time and is meticulous about her work. She is always looking for better ways to get the job done. My son had Emily and she did a great job interacting with him and talking him out of a crazy hair idea while I was sitting two chairs over and didn't hear it, and was able to convince him that his usual was a cool haircut. He walked out feeling like the hottest 13 year old on the block! Another great experience here!
