I scheduled an appointment under first stylist available. As I waited for my turn I watched Stylist Amber handle to young boys and how calmly she worked with them and asked for their opinions (and their Dad). She did a great job so I asked her if she could change my "nest available" to her. And she did so. She explained I was up next and she would get to me as soon as she could as she had one more adult and two more boys to cut. I said I don't mind... it will be worth the wait!
I was right. She did the most efficient hair cut I have gotten there, but also did it with kindness and grace. She is a great easy conversationalist and has a customer for life! We live an hour and a half away from Amherst - but I refuse to go to any other stylist or any place local. I am a Sports Clips fan! Please keep Amber. She is a model of how anyone would want to be treated.
