Coco's stretching to start the class was excellent and made me feel more relaxed and limber throughout the workout. One of the most enjoyable and challenging classes I have taken at Corepower. Would recommend highly to others of all levels.

I usually take a weekday 5:30 or 7pm sculpt and love all of the instructors!

I look forward to Elena's 75 minute, Saturday morning yoga class all week. She's an inspired yoga guide, with incredible upbeat music and a beautiful yoga flow each and every week. The temp is nice and hot 🔥, and it's a great detox class!!

I just completed my 10th class. I have tried out a lot of group fitness over the years. I unfortunately had vertigo recently and needed to do something where I could control my head movements and stay in one spot. This was only supposed to be temporary but i am really enjoying it. I take Yoga Sculpt. My favorite instructors are Elayne at Old Town Logan at Good Coast and Maggie at River North. The heat and the energy in the room is a welcome addition to my day!!

I try to make Coco’s classes every week - she’s awesome! Very high energy and high intensity, but she’s always encouraging clients to modify if needed. I’d highly recommend giving her class a go if you’re looking for good vibes and a great workout!

I absolutely love this studio, the instructors are great, it's probably my favorite corepower I've been to so far (despite the three stories of stairs lol). The only downfall is the price, I feel like I need to ration the amount of classes I go to just to fit my budget. I would go more often if the class packs weren't so pricy.

First time returning to CPY since Covid. It was the perfect class back.

Christians class is everything, love her energy!! However I was super annoyed by the girls in the back row that continue to talk and giggle throughout class. If only you're able to kick people out who are being disrespectful and disruptive. It took everything in me not to tell them to STFU! Christina didn't let these girls stop her from giving a great class!! Great job!
